Remazing.io – Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer Effective Date: November 11, 2025

1. Independent Status & Disclaimer of Affiliation
   Client understands and acknowledges that Remazing GmbH (“Remazing.io“) is an independent SaaS provider and is not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc., its subsidiaries, or affiliates (“Amazon”). Remazing.iois a third-party service provider, and while it endeavors to remain consistent with Amazon’s published policies, rules, and procedures, Amazon retains unilateral authority to interpret, enforce, or disregard such policies at its sole discretion.
2. Service Provision & No Guarantee of Results
   Remazing.ioprovides its SaaS platform and consulting services “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Client acknowledges that:

• Amazon may take enforcement actions, including but not limited to ASIN suppression, listing removal, account suspension, or termination of selling privileges.
• Remazing.io shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or enforcement outcomes arising from Amazon’s independent decisions, algorithm changes, or compliance determinations.
• No sales performance, reinstatement, or service continuity is guaranteed.

3. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remazing.io disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from:

• Amazon enforcement actions;
• Accessibility or usability issues beyond Remazing.io‘s control;
• Reliance on information, recommendations, or services provided.

4. Accessibility and Disability Compliance
   Remazing.iowill make commercially reasonable efforts to provide services accessible to visually impaired or disabled clients in compliance with accessibility best practices.

However, Remazing.io makes no warranties that Amazon’s platform or third-party services will meet ADA, WCAG, or other accessibility requirements. Responsibility for compliance rests with the Client as the seller of record.

5. Privacy Policy
   Data Collection:
   Remazing.iomay collect limited personal and business data necessary to provide services, including account credentials, campaign data, and performance metrics.

Data Usage:
Data will be used solely for service delivery, optimization, and account management purposes, and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

Data Security:
Remazing.io employs industry-standard security measures but does not warrant against data breaches caused by factors beyond its control.

Retention:
Data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill service obligations or as legally required.

6. Indemnification
   Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remazing.io, its officers, employees, contractors, successors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, damages, legal fees, or proceeding arising from:

• Client’s use of Amazon or third-party services;
• Client’s breach of laws, accessibility requirements, or Amazon’s terms;
• Any claim brought by third parties, including but not limited to frivolous or bad-faith litigation.

7. Legal Jurisdiction, Arbitration & Waiver of Litigation Rights
   By checking the acceptance box and digitally signing this Agreement, Client expressly agrees to the following:

Mandatory Arbitration:
Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising from this Agreement or Client’s use of Remazing.io shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or equivalent arbitration body, seated in Hamburg, Germany, with proceedings conducted in English.

Waiver of Litigation Rights:
Client irrevocably waives the right to bring, initiate, join, or participate in any lawsuit, class action, jury trial, or court proceeding against Remazing.io in any jurisdiction.

Jurisdictional Bar:
By agreeing to these Terms, Client acknowledges and consents that no court, tribunal, or government agency has jurisdiction over claims against Remazing.io, other than the designated arbitration panel.

Attorney Fees for Frivolous Claims:
If a Client, attorney, or representative initiates a claim in violation of this waiver, Client agrees to reimburse Remazing.io for all costs, legal fees, and damages incurred in defending such action.

8. Force Majeure
   Remazing.ioshall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, cyberattacks, regulatory shifts, labor disputes, or platform disruptions by Amazon.
9. Entire Agreement & Severability
   This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Client and Remazing.ioand supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. No amendment is valid unless signed in writing by an authorized Remazing.iorepresentative.
10. Acceptance of Terms (“By Checking the Box”)
    By checking the box, clicking “I Agree,” or otherwise indicating acceptance during digital signup, Client acknowledges that:

• They have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Liability Waiver in full.
• They voluntarily and knowingly waive the right to litigate, defend, or bring claims against Remazing.io in court.
• They consent to mandatory arbitration as the sole forum for dispute resolution.
• This digital acceptance is legally binding and enforceable as if physically signed.
